Video submissions will be accepted from September 15th until October 31st via Time Warner Cable’s new YouTube® channel (www.youtube.com/timewarnercable). Four Grand Prize winners will receive a 4-night trip for two to the 2011 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, January 20-30.
